Who we are

This website belongs to The Apple Tree, 1–3 Broom Road, Shirley, Croydon CR0 8NG. For any privacy question, email appletreeshirley1@gmail.com.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry through the form on this site, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to add (phone number, date, number of guests, message).

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you book, to arrange your event. We don’t add you to a mailing list or pass your details to anyone else for marketing.

How the form works

Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. We keep enquiries in our email for as long as we need them to deal with your booking, then delete them.

Cookies

This site doesn’t set any cookies. The map on our Visit Us page is loaded from OpenStreetMap, which will see your IP address when the map loads.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing appletreeshirley1@gmail.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
